Avaya is pleased to introduce the Avaya Certified Education
Program (ACEP). This program enables our Partners to teach product-specific
Avaya Instructor-led courses using Avaya authorized training
materials.
For our Partners, the program means an improved value proposition
which now includes Avaya training and education services.
For students, it means greater access to Avaya training, when
and where they need it. |
- ACEP is the only model for companies outside Avaya University
to deliver Avaya product and solution training.
- Any organization that wishes to deliver Avaya training and education
must be an officially recognized Avaya Certified Learning Partner
(ACLP).
- Currently the program supports the Avaya IP Office Technical
education curricula.
- The program may create a valuable additional revenue opportunity
for Learning Partners.
- Our Partners’ Instructors (Avaya Certified Instructors)
are provided quality assurance through a defined mentoring program.
