To deliver authorized training curricula through Avaya
Certified Instructors to students when and where they
need it.
- Only ACLPs are allowed to purchase Avaya Course
Materials for student delivery.
- Contracted per curriculum (e.g. IP Office Technical)
for set period (renewable for terms of 12 months).
- Terms and conditions apply. For example, service
level agreements, materials usage guidelines and student
information management.

- ACI candidates are nominated by the ACLP.
- The ACI will generally by a salaried employee of
the ACLP or engaged (contracted) by them for the purposes
of providing educational services.
To certify Instructors to teach specific Avaya Product/Solution
Training.
- Only ACIs are authorized to deliver official Avaya
training courses.
- Instructors are certified only after satisfying
formal training requirements (these vary by product/
solution).
- ACI Certification is specific to each product/ solution.
- ACI Certification is held by the individual and
is portable.
- ACI Certification standards apply to all instructors.
