Only official Avaya Certified Learning Partners may purchase
pre-packaged Course Materials and use them as course curricula
for their customers and BusinessPartners.
Avaya will actively market our ACLPs to BusinessPartners and
customers worldwide.
Avaya is developing dedicated web support portals for our ACLPs.
These portals will support Course Material ordering, ACLP marketing
information, scheduled education events and other relevant information
for all ACLPs.
Avaya will frequently offer special training opportunities to
our BusinessPartner community - such as special FastTrack promotions
and seminars. ACLPs will have priority access to these opportunities.
Through increased product and solution sales and realizing the
value potential of positioning Avaya products against the competition.
By including training and education services for your customers,
your company improves its value proposition. |
ACLPs will only use ACIs for delivery of training. Certification
is valid for 2 years and belongs to the ACI. Only ACIs will
have access to authorized Avaya courseware.
Share your experiences with instructors worldwide: direct and
on-line access to an experienced “Master Instructor”
who will provide on-going support with courseware and student
questions.
Access to FAQs to speed up response times for student questions.
Access to the latest Technical Bulletins, Product Updates and
Job Aids. Invitations to new product Field Trials. Input to
future courseware development.
