Overview
The Avaya Modular Messaging End-User Training is designed to provide customers access to training on common customer applications. Through the training, users are introduced to key features and functionality to improve their efficiency and use of products.

Customer Trainer Toolkit
Customers can gain hands-on experience by attending Customer Trainer sessions to move through common usage of Modular Messaging.

The Modular Messaging 3.0 Facilitator Kit is available for Avaya Customers, Employees and BusinessPartners responsible for end user training on Aria®, AUDIX®, and Serenade® telephone user interfaces. Click here to access the Facilitator Kit.
